Employee Referral Web App ((Internal) I’m selling this to companies to use internally)

Broad Overview:

Gamification of the employee referral process. Dashboards, stats, fun charts (visually appealing), social sharing (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, & Twitter), employee referral ID tied to the employee so they can get credit for referrals. Eventually, would like a Twilio integration to send texts directly from the web app (this is an MVP, I can get by without Twilio).

Company X is given a few admin/recruiter user roles to monitor the statistics of their employee referrals. Need to create employee users to input their referrals and view dashboards/charts. Any easy thoughts you have on gamification are appreciated. I have a bunch, might be too complex.

We’ll need, a referral code (slug?) tied to each employee so they can receive credit for who they refer.

Employee Credit:

• (chart/stats/dashboard) Referrals sent out. Referrals applied. Referrals interviewed. Referrals hired.
• Cash paid out. Rewards/prizes received.
• Leaderboard - To encourage friendly competition
• Progress bar where they can see the progress of their referrals and receive status updates

Branding: I’d like the companies to have options to brand their color schemes for when their employees login. If this is too complex, a simple company logo will be fine.

Customization:

• Allow companies to set different rewards (tiered, if possible) (besides different cash amounts) for referrals. Example. Send 10 referral invites, get a half day on Friday. Have 3 referrals interview, throw your boss in a water tank. Need analytics to view what works.
• Customize the referral invite link. Link it to wherever. Most likely their ATS or company website. Don’t need to customize much more than this. How do we track the employee referral id?
• Don’t need to customize this too much. View, sort, filter. Able to view which teams, employees, etc have done what. How many people have been reached out to by the internal recruiting (admin/recruiter user) team.

Too complex (I think, let’s not do this unless it is easy). Store referrals and create resume profiles of each person referred and by whom. Not sure how this will work if they are sending their resume into a different system.
